Towards Excellence in Law

Throughout his professional career, Ramazan TURAN has successfully handled numerous domestic and international cases and projects by combining a solid foundation in legal knowledge with extensive professional experience and continuous participation in training and certification programs.

Since 2009, in addition to his practice as a legal consultant and attorney, he has actively participated in numerous mediation training programs, conferences, and professional seminars. He completed the Basic Mediation Training in Commercial and Legal Disputes in Türkiye (14–15 March 2009), organized by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB), the Ministry of Justice, the Ankara Bar Association, the European Union, and ADR/Italy.

He has also attended numerous mediation, advanced mediation, family mediation, conciliation, and train-the-trainer programs organized or supported by the Ministry of Justice’s Department of Mediation, as well as joint initiatives of the Ministry of Justice and the Council of Europe. On 15–16 September 2010, he represented Türkiye by delivering a presentation in English at the International Conference on Contemporary Trends in the Development of Arbitration and Mediation in Central and Eastern Europe and Selected Asian Countries, held in Odessa, Ukraine. His article entitled “Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods and Mediation in Legal Disputes” was published in the 21st issue of the Konya Bar Association Journal in 2012.
